Returns and Exchange Policy

Belle Améliee values transparency, respect and customer satisfaction. Therefore, we provide a clear Returns and Exchange Policy aligned with UK Consumer Rights.

Request Period

The customer may request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after receipt, as provided for under UK Consumer Rights legislation.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Exchange or Return

For the exchange or return to be approved, it is necessary that:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • Shows no signs of use, wear, odour, dirt or damage
  • Is accompanied by all labels, accessories, manuals and other included items
  • Is in perfect condition, exactly as received

Important: We will not accept products that do not meet these requirements. They will be automatically returned to the customer.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

The retailer is not obliged to carry out exchanges for change of mind related to colour, size, model or personal preferences, as provided for by UK Consumer Rights legislation.

However, we evaluate each case individually to offer the best possible solution.

Manufacturing Defects

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer must send:

  • Description of the problem
  • Short video proving the defect
  • Order number
  • Email address registered at purchase

After analysis and approval, the customer may choose:

  • Exchange for another product of the same value
  • Store credit
  • Full refund of the amount paid, including postage

  • Reason for exchange or return
  • Video of the defect (if applicable)

After receiving the information, our team will return with:

  • Shipping guidance
  • Return address
  • Procedures for analysis and reimbursement

Refund Period

After the product returns for analysis and approval, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

The settlement period may vary according to:

  • Card operator
  • Customer's bank
  • Payment method used at the time of purchase

Postage Cost

In cases of manufacturing defects, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the shop.

In cases of change of mind or error in the order by the customer, the shipping and return costs are the customer's responsibility.

Final Conditions
