Shipping and Delivery Policy

The Shipping and Delivery Policy of Belle Améliee aims to guarantee complete transparency and security to customers during all logistical stages, from order approval to the arrival of the product at the provided address.

Order Processing

After payment confirmation, the order enters an internal processing phase, which takes up to 5 working days. During this period, the stages of checking, separation, packaging and issuing of the tracking code are carried out.

The tracking code will be sent automatically to the registered email address as soon as the order is posted.

Estimated Delivery Time

The average estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 working days after posting. This timeframe may vary due to external factors, such as:

  • Operational delays or restrictions by Royal Mail
  • HM Revenue and Customs inspection
  • High demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
  • Strikes, weather conditions or other factors beyond our control

Based on our logistical history, approximately 85% of orders are delivered within 15 working days.

Order Tracking

All orders have international and national tracking codes. With it, customers can track all movements, from departure from the country of origin to arrival at the delivery address.

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the status of the parcel to avoid situations such as return due to absence or impossibility of delivery.

Delivery Attempts and Collection at Post Office

Deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail. In cases such as:

  • Absence of the recipient
  • Regions with delivery restrictions
  • Difficult to access address

Royal Mail may leave a notice for the product to be collected at the nearest post office. If the parcel returns due to impossibility of delivery, it will be necessary to request a new shipment, which may incur additional costs.

Delivery Address

The customer must carefully review the delivery details at the time of purchase.

It is not possible to change the address after 24 hours from order confirmation.

Cancellations also cannot be made after this period.

In case of return due to incorrect, incomplete address or absence of essential information, the responsibility lies entirely with the customer.

If the product returns to the sender abroad, the delivery time will restart from confirmation of resending.
